    一、二層涂裝系統(tǒng)：

    1、選用材料及特點：封閉底漆和無溶劑環(huán)氧自流平面涂、石英砂封閉底漆多選用無溶劑型，滲透性和封閉性好；而這種無溶劑環(huán)氧自流平面涂通常由環(huán)氧樹脂、固化劑、顏色和助劑等組成，不含或少含填料，而在現(xiàn)場將甲乙混合后，還須再加一定比例和粒度的石英砂（粉）配成鏝涂料漿，用鋸齒刮板鏝涂后，再用釘子輥筒輥壓表面消泡和助流平。

    2、施工要點：因為二次成型，所以這種工法在不平地面做薄的自流平時，需先對地面進行修補和找平，否則施工后平整度不佳；其次，封閉底漆一定要能保證完全封閉底材孔隙；三是釘子輥筒一定要用。3、主要特點：這種工法主要為外資地坪涂料企業(yè)（特別是歐美企業(yè)）所采用或推薦，施工工序少，所需工期短，質(zhì)量相對也好控制，但材料費用高（主要面涂用量大），對平整度高的基材地面尤其適用。

2.
